Al's Favorite Polish Sausage Shish Kabobs
Cut smoked polish sausage into 1" pieces. Alternate them on a metal skewer with chunk pineapple. Grill on medium heat, turning them on all sides, for 8-10 minutes, or until pineapple is singed a little.

Connie's Sauerkraut and Smoked Pork Hocks
Empty the contents of a 2# bag of Flanagan's Sauerkraut into a large slow cooker. Add 2 smoked pork hocks, and some water to fill half the slow cooker. Turn heat to low, and let cook for 6-7 hours. Meat should fall off of the bones. Serve on top of some boiled potatoes, and you're eating like a king!

Cut slices of Ray's Summer Jack cheese into 4 squares. Place on top of Ritz crackers, and microwave for 20-30 seconds. You can make a whole plate full at a time- they won't last long!
