This ham won Grand Champion at the WI State Fair! They are slow-smoked in our wood smokehouses. Fully cooked, just warm in your oven and let the aroma fill your kitchen. They can be sold as a whole or half Ham.

Slow-smoked with maple wood in our smokehouse. We recommend you par-boil for about 1 hour or so and then finish up with BBQ sauce on the grill. They also taste great simmered with sauerkraut.
